You’re Here on Purpose

For over 12 years I’ve logged thousands of hours coaching leaders and found many weren’t happy with their lives – in spite of the success they had achieved. Why?  They weren’t living the life they were born to live. 

Many of us don’t consciously recognize or acknowledge that we have a specific life purpose, yet our soul knows what we are here to do and constantly tries to reach out to us through our dreams, intuitions and desires.  Until you recognize and align your life with your purpose you may feel like there’s something you’re here to do but can’t quite grasp, may feel that what you’re doing doesn’t bring you any satisfaction or you have everything but feel empty inside. 

You have been given unique talents that are meant to be used.  What is important to you is on purpose and the pain in your life is there to either nudge you back on your life path or move you forward on your journey.  In each case the pain is there to prompt you to remember the very mission you came to this lifetime to fulfill.  

Tapping into your mission can transform your life if you allow it, but you must understand that what that looks like is different for each one of us. You can’t look at someone else and follow their path.  You chose a specific mission when you came to this lifetime and you can only find those answers by looking within.

Fortunately you don’t have to stumble along trying to figure it out yourself like I did for many years.  Your birth date and name provides clues to the life path you chose for this lifetime.

Numerology reveals how you outlined your direction for this lifetime.   Numerology is an ancient science developed by Pythagoras in ancient Greece (580 B.C.).  Pythagoras was a Greek philosopher and mystic who taught that each number carries a vibration and that the number in our birth date and the letters in our name reveal our lifetime mission.  It is from this ancient science that we get our number system today but we’ve disregarded the core meaning that was central to his system – that each number carries a meaning beyond quantity. 

In Pythagoros’ system every number has a positive and negative vibration.  Your destiny number contains the vibrations of the greatness you came to achieve along wtih the potential pitfalls of your path.  The power and truth that the numbers reveal can help you identify the work you came here to do and understand whether it’s time to start something new, stay the course or let go and allow a new work to begin.

Don’t Wait, Don’t Settle

Nothing and no one is an accident.  You chose the players in your drama (family, friends and acquaintances) because they would push you past your limitations and help you rise to your potential.  As you look back on your life, realize it was all on purpose to get you to this moment in your life. 

Your greatest pain is fuel to do your great work.  The pain you’re experience is on purpose.  When we are hurting we question” What am I doing here?  Who am I?  Why am I doing this career?”, and then we tweak it and get close to where we’re supposed to be going.  Pain becomes your motivation to either nudge your back on to the path you came to fulfill or helps create motivation to step up to the next level of your great work. 

You’ve been given your leadership talent and ability for a unique purpose – a purpose no one but you can fulfill.  What would your life look like if you stepped solidly into that knowing?  Every situation that you’ve encountered in your past has brought you to this point.  Every situation you’re now dealing with is there to serve you – to either nudge you toward your purpose or to prepare you to fulfill your purpose. 
 
It’s your life.  You’re not here to please others.  What’s holding you back from living your highest expression in the world?  What stories are you telling yourself about what you can and can’t do? 
 
You are called to do great things!  You are enough.  You can’t make a mistake.  The things you are most passionate about point the way to your purpose.  The world is full of wonderful surprises and there is more than enough to go around in this abundant universe.

Life can pass so quickly.   Use your gifts and talents in a way that has meaning and purpose for you.  Don’t wait, don’t settle.  There is a way to tap into your purpose and the world is waiting for what only you can offer.
