Anastasia Montejano, ACC, PMP is a best selling author, skilled leadership coach and engaging speaker. She is an expert focused on creating powerful leaders who are ready to meet the demands of today’s highly charged, global business environment. An Experienced Leader

Anastasia has held many leadership positions with more than 28 years in corporate America. Her experience spans numerous industries including financial services, healthcare, banking, and retail and consumer services. Her most recent position was Senior Manager, Vice President for a top investment management first (AUM: $1 Trillion+) where she was responsible for the implementation of complex change initiatives in the US, Europe and Asia. Highlights include managing a half billion dollar project portfolio, merging two Project Management Offices to align with emerging enterprise standards, implementing a centralized Project Portfolio Management team, process reporting and governing body, serving on numerous enterprise committees responsible for driving organizational transformation, and coaching teams and individuals on leadership development and leading through organizational change.

Anastasia has created a branded process that is a powerful, accelerated program to develop extraordinary leaders. She has logged thousands of hours over 11 years of coaching in both her corporate and private coaching and consulting practice. Because Anastasia rose through the ranks, she experienced firsthand the issues facing leaders at the various leadership levels. She has delivered coaching to a wide range of clients including executives, professionals, project managers, teams and entrepreneurs. Anastasia is distinctly qualified as a coach to facilitate the development of leaders – in organizations or working privately with individuals.

An Unlikely Start

Believing in the potential of every individual has been a key to Anastasia’s success. Coming from humble beginnings she would have been voted least likely to succeed. As the third oldest of twelve kids, there were times her family relied on food stamps, community food programs and thrift stores to get by. She didn’t have connections and certainly didn’t live in the right neighborhood. But from an early age she knew she could change her circumstances and make a difference in the world. She found leaders who helped her understand her strengths, discover her leadership voice and guide her through the rough spots. She’s had incredible opportunities – but she’s where she’s at today because her mentors were willing to invest in her development. Now she is passionate about guiding others on their journey.
